No more business as usual.
We know you want more!
This is more than an educational retreat, a passive webinar, a standard workshop.
We are asking you to join us in hard, complex, and daring conversations.
We have the power to make our workplaces better than we arrived.
Leadership Lab Overview.
Over the month of July, we are asking you to join an intimate group of your peers. Executives, high-level managers, and directors from a wide range of industries will come together to talk and strategize on how we can continue to move our diversity, equity, and inclusion actions forward.
Ready to be surrounded by people who want to go deeper?
Frustrated with the limitations of your current workplace to “move the needle”?
Wondering how to create a safe space at work while keeping effecenties and demand?
How do we keep this work sustainable over the lifetime of your career?
How do we define what is safe or inappropriate in our virtual workplaces?
Led by Katrina Frye and Justin Scott Campbell who together have over twenty years of experience coaching, consulting and educating on the topics of systems, change, transition, creativity, values setting, and professionalism.
Using Martin Luther King Jr.’s fourth and final book, “Where Do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community?” as the foundation to this training, we will outline where we are, what is power, why this work is personal, and where do we want to go? Over the four weeks of July, we will meet every Tuesday and Thursday morning for live interaction sessions.

“Working with Katrina Frye has been insightful and grounding. Personally, her time with me in Executive Coaching sessions was instrumental. She was extremely helpful in maintaining the overall health of the organization. She communicates equally with all members of staff, regardless of position. Everyone felt respected and heard. ” — Diane Lane, Get Lit Words Ignite Executive Director
“Justin has a rare ability to make me feel safe and challenged at the same time. He sees me and helps me see others. He has provided me an incredible source of wisdom, walked me through my own questions, and held space for my insecurities. My time with him is amongst the most precious on my schedule. It’s hard to imagine doing this work without him.” — Taylor Holiday, Common Thread Collective CEO

“Let us be dissatisfied until America will no longer have high blood pressure of creeds and an anemia of deeds. Let us be dissatisfied until the tragic walls that separate the outer city of wealth and comfort from the inner city of poverty and despair shall be crushed by the battering rams of the fires of justice. Let us be dissatisfied until they who live on the outskirts of Hope are brought into the metropolis of daily security. ”
