Meet the Founder
Katrina Frye (she/her) is the founder and lead principal at Culture Shift Collective. Since graduating with her Master's degree from CGU’s Arts Management program in 2013, Katrina Frye has had the privilege of fostering new conversations around art, business, entrepreneurship, and diversity. Founding Culture Shift Collective in 2020 after five years of consulting practice she wished to join forces with other consultants in hopes of reimagining collaborative care. She has led conversations and workshops for the United States of Women, Netflix, ArtCenter, LA County Arts Commission, the Center for Cultural Innovation, and more. By lecturing at institutions like CBU, CSU Long Beach, CalArts, and PCC, Katrina has been able to bring her years of experience to our next generation. Katrina’s passions align when she is facilitating hard conversations that lead towards positive change.

Amani Abu-Hashim (she/her) is the Project Manager of Culture Shift Collective. Originally from the Chicagoland area, she moved to the Los Angeles area to pursue her Master’s in Organizational Behavior and Evaluation at CGU. Her interest in creating positive impact and sustainable change at the organizational level is what brought her to this field of study. Through her experiences working for small businesses and non-profits, she’s been able to develop her skills in organizational strategy and change management. She loves creating order out of chaos, and giving structure and intention to all the energy and potential she’s fortunate enough to come across.

Ludine Pierre (she/her) is a group facilitator for Culture Shift Collective with a focus on mental health and human behavior. Ludine is a trauma-informed therapist who centers her work around helping people move towards alignment with their values and healing through holistic mental wellness practices as well as evidence-based methods. Her therapy style is eclectic as she believes in integrating various modalities in order to meet the needs of her clients and has been described as compassionate, supportive, direct, and asks you to dig deep. She has worked with diverse populations over the last decade and enjoys working with individuals who are actively seeking to hold themselves accountable. Ludine believes that self-healing and communal work can work together beautifully to create a full and purposeful life.

Justin Scott Campbell (he/him) is an executive coach for Culture Shift Collective with a focus on Values-Based Leadership and Healing. He is an organizational healer & consultant based in Los Angeles, CA. His workshops and training in both the private and public sectors have helped numerous organizations recognize how rich and dynamic their multiracial, inclusive spaces already are. Justin has led these workshops in cities across the country on topics such as the roots of systemic oppression, cultural humility, calling in vs. calling out, and how to have courageous conversations in the workplace. He is also a trauma professional who integrates a trauma-informed perspective into each workshop and training.

Angel Lawler (she/her) is a human resources strategist for Culture Shift Collective with a focus on Talent and Recruitment. Angel is a creative, compassionate, and strategic talent acquisition professional who prizes innovation, ingenuity, and potential over traditional experience. She has developed talent networks across industries from education and advertising technology, to fashion and the arts. After a decade of building highly effective teams, Angel is eager to help workplaces of all sizes embrace inclusion as a guiding principle.

Patricia Garza (they/them) is Producer and Director of Los Angeles Programs at Los Angeles Performance Practice supporting the production and presentation of contemporary performance. They also manage Network of Ensemble Theater’s NET/TEN cornerstone grant program at Program Director. A former member of the artistic staff at Center Theatre Group for over a decade, Patricia filled roles spanning artistic, education and community partnerships, and management. They frequently speak at public events, facilitate group conversations, and have served as a grant panelist for the NEA, Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, and The Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture, among others. Patricia’s passion is working with other theater professionals nationally on issues surrounding anti-racism towards collective liberation with a focus on the LGBTQIA+ community through artEquity.
